Cancellation policy
1. Any amount paid by Guest, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Half of the full payment, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in date.
3. No refunds will be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
4. For any reservation that is equal to or longer than 30 days, we don't accept any form of cancelation.

Love the place the guest before left the trash but everything else was perfect I rent this for our summer trip

The house was really nice. If I could make any suggestions: definitely need a cutting board in the kitchen and the dart board game in the garage is broken and the air hockey doesn’t have enough air coming out

Great house, very clean. The mattresses could use some updating they are a little hard and squeaky. That is just a minor issue though. The house is a great value for the price and very easy to get to the parks and local restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay! I will definitely suggest it to my family and friends. Everything was easy and convenient. Looking forward to another visit.
