Cancellation policy
1. Any amount paid by Guest, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Half of the full payment, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in date.
3. No refunds will be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
4. For any reservation that is equal to or longer than 30 days, we don't accept any form of cancelation.

We really loved the house. Very nice inside, and was clean. It was great being so close to the clubhouse. We would definitely stay again. A couple small things to mention: we were a bit confused when there was a phone there with no connection. We contacted a rep from Holidale, and he explained that the house doesn't come with a phone service. It may make sense not to have a phone plugged in on the counter if it doesn't work, just to save future confusion. As well, the plastic cooking utensils (spatula, etc) were in pretty bad shape (they were frayed and burned/melted) so we didn't feel comfortable using them. In all, though, we loved it and found Ting from Holidale was very quick responding to any questions/concerns we had. All the best :)

Loved the home. Very beautiful. Beds a bit uncomfortable but, home very spacious. Pictures are exactly what you get. Enjoyed our time in this home.
