Responsibilities
  1. Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners to facilitate acquisition and retention of management agreements for vacation homes.
  2. Providing exceptional service to rental guests, homeowners, and homeowners' guests.
  3. Reviewing all electronic post-stay surveys, addressing issues, and following up with respondents.
  4. Interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of on-property staff, both management and front line.
