Move In and Move Out

Do I have to move in by a certain time?
Move-in is at 4:00 PM, and guests can arrive any time after that. There are some cases when early move-in is available. If that is the case, we will email you the morning of your stay to inform you that an early move-in option is available. Please note that we will not be able to confirm or deny an early move-in request before the day of move-in due to our cleaning schedules.

Do you allow early move-ins?
An early move-in is dependent on whether the housekeeper has had time to fully clean the home before your arrival. If guests are moving out the same day your reservation begins, an early move-in is not allowed. It will not allow the housekeeper enough time to prepare the home for you fully. We will email you the morning of your move-in if early move-in is available.

How do I obtain the keys?
We will email move-in instructions three days prior to your arrival, including driving directions and the lockbox or electronic deadbolt code.

The lockbox only has one set of keys. Can we get another set?
Generally, we put one set of keys in the lockbox and another set inside the house. We offer one key fob and one remote as standard, and another set of remote can be provided if requested by tenants for an additional $100 charge.

Can I get a late move-out?
Move-out time is 11:00 AM. Late move-out is only permitted with prior written consent from Month2Month. Tenant shall compensate Month2Month the full amount of any financial loss it suffers as a result of an unauthorized late move-out by any member of the rental party and/or anyone else tenant permits on the Property. Month2Month and/or its assigned representative has the authorization to enter the Property at any time after the move-out time on the move-out date for cleaning purposes. An additional $50.00/hour late move-out fee will be charged if tenant fails to move-out prior to 11:00 AM up to 3:00 PM. If tenant moves out after 3:00 PM onward, tenant will pay full day charge.
6.
What are the move-out procedures?
Please make sure that all the keys and remote are in the designated areas.
