Cancellation policy
1. Any amount paid by Guest, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.
2. Half of the full payment, excluding the service fee, will be refunded if the booking is cancelled between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in date.
3. No refunds will be issued if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
4. For any reservation that is equal to or longer than 30 days, we don't accept any form of cancelation.

We left at 9. Was a little uncomfortable with construction workers everywhere but it is a very nice unit. Also water and ice were either not hooked up or didnt work.

Beautiful house. My only recommendation would be to leave more detailed instructions regarding the property. What to do with trash, pool location, for example. Also, there were no trash bags, no extra paper towels or toilet paper, hand soap dispensers were all empty, etc. The tile floor needs rugs near the doors when coming in from the pool. It’s very slippery. The coffee maker could have been bigger (full sized) too. But like I said, beautiful house. We have already recommended this location to friends.
