Nice long-term pet-friendly rental with multiple workspaces for those who work from home. House is as described and in a very quiet and walkable area near lots of restaurants and shops. The hosts are very easy to get in touch with and respond promptly, which I appreciated. Something to note is that the house is not very well stocked, maybe since it's a long-term rental they expect guests to bring their own items. The kitchen is ok for very basic cooking; we had to bring our own salt and pepper, spices, oil, ziploc bags, kitchen towels, potholders, etc.... Even had to bring our own trash bags and laundry detergent. Not many extra towels for a minimum month stay, especially if you have more than two people staying. Overall though I would recommend this rental as it's a good homebase with lots to do nearby, and the hosts are very responsive if you have any questions or issues.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was good with our stay. They did make me do some extensive paperwork and inspections during check-in, though. Not sure if that's a new thing for all airbnbs, but it was my first experience ever needing to do that. Utilities are not included so a security/utility deposit is required as well. But aside from all that, this is a good location and would recommend to anyone looking to stay near the marketplace.
