The house was perfect for our stay. There were some hiccups at the beginning that were irritating, because this is a vacation, not a time where I should have to deal with hassles like smoke alarms chirping, and door lock battery dying, and having to fill out forms to have them serviced. However, the response was quick and issue solved. As this house is not privately owned, my assigned host was not immediately knowledgeable about this specific property, but she was quick to get answers to my questions. The amenities that are included in this rental are a definite perk! The pool resorts do not allow outside food or drink with the exception of disposable water bottles. This was not a problem for us as we just kept our cooler in our car or went back to the house for food since it was so close. All in all, this house was fairly ideal and allowed us convenient access to Disney & Legoland (approx 45 min for either with traffic).

Nice person, easy to deal with and responsive. The place is beautiful and comfortable for a large family or a group of people. Very beautiful house and quiet neighborhood. Glad to come back 😊

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The owner and the management company or just wonderful people. Five out of five stars. The place is just really a nice place to visit and relax.
