Every Month2Month home is fully furnished and move-in ready: a comfortable living room, a dining area built for gathering, fully stocked kitchen, made-up beds, fresh towels, and in-unit laundry. Just bring your suitcase.

Applications take about 5 minutes. We verify your identity and run a soft credit check, which won't affect your credit score at all. Only one applicant is needed per household, with a minimum credit score of 720. Most applications are approved within 1 hour on business days, and we'll reach out if we need any additional info.

After your application is approved, you'll get a secure link to pay your move-in cost via ACH. We also accept credit cards for travelers from the UAE and China. For other methods like Zelle, Venmo, wire transfer, or cashier's check, just reach out and we'll arrange it.

Let us know 14 days before your move-out date, and we'll hold your home for as long as you need. Missed the 14-day window? Reach out anyway — we'll do our best to extend if no one's booked after you.
