How is Month2Month different from Airbnb and other platforms?
Month2Month specializes in fully furnished, premium single-family homes available for stays of 30 days or longer. Unlike other short-term rental platforms, every home is professionally managed by our team—not by individual hosts—so you can rely on consistent quality and dependable upkeep across all properties. We also provide flexible extensions, so you can stay as long as you need—without the worry of overcommitting or paying extra upfront.
What is the minimum lease term and how do extensions work?
Most homes require a minimum stay of 30 days (31 in some areas due to local regulations). Extensions are flexible—you can add any number of days as long as you notify us at least 14 days before your current term ends.
What’s included in a Month2Month home?
Every Month2Month home is fully furnished and move-in ready, so you can feel settled and cared for from day one. Our homes are consistently equipped to a professional standard—with essentials such as linens, towels, appliances, dining sets, cookware, paper towels, and cleaning tools, along with other everyday items to ensure a comfortable stay.
Can I bring my pets with me?
Yes! Most of our homes are pet-friendly, so you can enjoy your Month2Month stay with your furry family members for a pet fee of $5 per day, per pet. A few homes are designated as “no pets,” and certain restricted breeds are not permitted across all properties (please contact us to confirm).
Can I see more photos or request a video tour?
Yes, absolutely! Most of our listings already include a house-tour video, and if you’d like, we can also arrange a live video tour so you feel confident before booking. Simply schedule a tour on the listing page of the home you’re interested in, and our team will coordinate it for you. Please note that a valid ID is required for touring.
What is your cancellation or early termination policy?
Once your reservation is confirmed, the calendar is locked for you and unavailable to others — which means it can’t be canceled. The good news is you’re never tied to a long lease; you can simply give notice and wrap up your stay after your initial term is complete.
