When and how will I receive my check-in instructions?

You’ll receive your check-in instructions by email at 9:00 AM the day before your check-in date, and your access details will be activated at 3:30 PM on check-in day.

What’s the earliest time I can check in to my Month2Month home?

Your Month2Month home will be ready to welcome you starting at 4:00 PM, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.

Is early check-in available if I need it?

Early check-in may be possible for an additional fee—please contact our sales team to confirm availability.

Goodbyes are never easy, but we hope your Month2Month stay felt like home till the last moment.

When’s the latest I can wave goodbye to my Month2Month home?

Your Month2Month home will keep you comfortable until 11:00 AM on check-out day, before you head back to your own home and routines!

What are my options if I’d like to check out late?

Late check-out is usually accommodated as long as the next guest isn’t arriving within 24 hours — just give our customer service team a quick heads-up to confirm.

Leaving before 3:00 PM just adds a half-day rate, and after 3:00 PM it’s a full day.

Do I need to clean the property when I check out?

Just a light tidy-up is all we ask — as long as it’s within the scope of standard cleaning, there’s no extra charge for deep cleaning. We truly appreciate you treating the home like your own, and our professional cleaning team will take care of the rest after you leave.

How do I return the keys?

Simply leave all keys on the kitchen counter, including the front door, community access cards, garage remotes, and mailbox keys, then lock up using the digital lock when you head out.

How should I handle my mail when checking out?

We recommend setting up USPS mail forwarding at least 10 business days before your check-out date.

We’ll do our best to forward any important mail that arrives after you leave (upon request), but please note that mail retrieval can’t be guaranteed once you’ve checked out.
