At Month2Month, we’re all about making the money part transparent and stress-free. Here’s a simple breakdown of our pricing and payment info so you’ll always know what to expect — and how to pay for your furnished rental.

What are the differences between the Diamond, Gold, and Silver Plans?

What’s included in the rent (utilities, WiFi, gardening/pool, etc.)?

Every stay includes WiFi and reimbursement for a streaming service of your choice (up to $82.99 per month), plus regular gardening or pool maintenance.

Utility coverage dependS on the plan you choose—Diamond, Gold, or Silver—so you can pick the option that works best for you.

Do I have to pay the cleaning fee?

Yes, the cleaning fee applies to all stays. To keep things consistent, we only work with trusted cleaning staff so every Month2Month home is fresh and ready for the next guest. The fee is standardized by home size—so you can focus on your move and leave it to us.

Does Month2Month offer discounts for longer stays?

The longer you stay, the more you save — and we couldn’t be happier to have you! Discounts are based on the initial lease term (extensions not included):

5% off for 3–5 months
7% off for 6–11 months
10% off for 12 months or more

Payment

We handle payments with clarity, so you always know what to expect.

What’s included in the initial payment (move-in cost)?
  • Diamond Plan: The simplest — just the first month’s rent and the cleaning fee.
  • Gold Plan: The first month’s rent, a refundable deposit, and the cleaning fee.
  • Silver Plan: Includes everything in the Gold Plan, plus a carpet shampoo fee and an application fee.
What payment methods does Month2Month accept?

We prefer ACH transfers and cashier’s checks — though Venmo and Zelle work just as well if that’s easier for you.

For the initial payment (move-in cost), we require a secure fund — meaning a guaranteed form of payment such as a cashier’s check or cleared ACH transfer.

When is rent due, and is there a late fee?

Rent is always due on the same date each month, based on the last day your move-in payment covers. For example, if your first payment goes through the 10th, then the 10th will be your monthly due date. A 5% late fee applies if payment isn’t received on time, but you’re welcome to pay early anytime for peace of mind.

What types of utilities will I pay for, and how often?

Utilities are billed separately only if you’re on our Silver Plan. You will receive utility invoices from our Customer Service team about once a month, based on when we receive the bill from the provider.

Since the types of utilities you’ll be responsible for can vary by property — for example, some homes have water covered by the HOA — we recommend reaching out to our team to confirm the details for the home you’re interested in.
