It’s easy to extend your month-to-month lease with us! No extra costs from long-term commitments or unnecessary moves — just flexible extensions that fit your schedule, no more and no less.
How to request an extension?
Just let us know with the dates you’d like to extend — at least 14 days before your current term ends. Our booking team will then follow up and send you the extension contract to sign via DocuSign.
Can I extend by days, or only by month?
Extensions are flexible! You can add any number of days — as long as you let us know at least 14 days before your current term ends.
Can I cancel my extension?
Once your extension is confirmed and the contract is signed by both parties, we’re not able to cancel it. But don’t worry — you’ll have plenty of time to think it over and plan before deciding whether you’d like to extend.
Will my extension be at the same rate as my original booking?
Most of the time, yes! But if your extension runs into a different season (for example, peak summer months), the rate may be adjusted to match the market. To avoid surprises, our booking team will be happy to confirm the price with you when you request the extension.
What if I need to extend with less than 14 days’ notice?
Plans can change, and we totally get it! If your home hasn’t been reserved by another guest, we’ll be glad to extend your stay.
If it has, no worries — reach out anyway, and we’ll do our best to arrange nearby alternatives. While availability isn’t guaranteed, we’ll make sure you know what options are open to you.
