Is TV streaming services included?
Yes, it’s on us—up to $82.99 per month. After you check in, you’ll receive an automated email with instructions. Just subscribe to YouTube TV (our default option) or another streaming service you prefer, then use the link in the email to request reimbursement.
Will I be notified about garden or pool maintenance?
Routine garden or pool maintenance doesn’t come with a notification since vendors can access these areas without entering the home. If you’d prefer a heads-up, just let our customer service team know—we’ll do our best to pass your request along to the vendor as a courtesy.
How do I request maintenance?

Will Month2Month refill daily supplies when we run out?
We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels to help you settle in comfortably. After that, you can replenish daily supplies as needed, so you always have your preferred brands and products on hand.
What if some essentials are missing?
All homes are stocked according to our houseware standards, but if we ever miss something by accident, just let our customer service team know — we’ll make it right and get it to you as quickly as possible.
